All products come with a minimum 12-month guarantee. Some items may have extended coverage (e.g., up to 10 or 25 years) depending on the product range.
The guarantee covers manufacturing faults that occur during normal household use within the guarantee period.

Please follow the care instructions included with your order and our Product Care Guide. Using the product correctly helps protect your guarantee.
Keep your proof of purchase (receipt or order number). Contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
If one item within a set is faulty, we will replace the specific item (not necessarily the entire set).
If the product range is discontinued, we will offer an alternative product of similar quality and value.
